“Intermission,” is a study of the way humans as mortals think, and the way we cope with the inescapable concept of mortality.
Intermission is a recess between parts of a performance, or theatrical play. It is a break for the spectators, in this case, the spectator of our lives are ourselves. We go through a process of wondering how to be immortal; to live forever.
What is the meaning of life if not to be immortal? We search for answers, and when we find answers, it’s only then do we realize, we cannot live forever, but our ideas can.
